Holyoke, MA – School-Based BCBA

Amergis Educational Staffing is partnered with a school in Holyoke, MA seeking a BCBA for the 2026–2027 school year.

Pay: Up to $70/hour (based on experience)

Start Date: 08/31/2026

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 hour work days

(Start times range from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. End times range from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m)

Duration: 11-month contract

Position Overview: Holyoke Public Schools is seeking three BCBAs to support behavioral programming across the district. Caseloads are consistent across positions, and depending on student needs, BCBAs may float to up to three schools

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Provide behavioral consultation and direct support across assigned schools.
  • Collaborate with school teams to implement evidence-based practices. Support staff through coaching, modeling, and ongoing consultation.
  • Travel between schools as needed based on caseload distribution.
  • Caseloads are uniform across all BCBA positions. May require support across multiple buildings (up to three).

Requirements:

  • 1 years schools based experience preferred.
  • BCBA required
  • Masters required

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
  • Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools
  • One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
  • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
