What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Hampden-Wilbraham Regional School District?

Mile Tree: up to 20 days @ up to 5 hours per day
MRHS/Transition: up to 20 days @ up to 5 hours per day
Additional hours will be offered to prepare for the program.
SALARY:$40.00 per hour (per Unit A contract)
-Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
-Development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans.
-Monitor, track, and adjust treatment plans as needed based on data.
-Provide direct and indirect supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.
-Train faculty and staff on the implementation of behavior intervention plans and strategies.
-Collaborate with other professionals, such as educators, therapists, and medical personnel.
-Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and inform treatment decisions.
-Generate reports and documentation related to student progress.
