Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice Care
Location: Kearneysville, WV
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No weekends)

About The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice RN to provide care, comfort, and support to terminally ill patients in a home care setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality end-of-life care, patient education, and emotional support for patients and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Provide symptom management and emotional support to patients and families.
- Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Ensure compliance with all hospice care standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and interventions.
- Current RN license
- Home care or hospice experience required (ICU or other end-of-life care may be considered).
- Current CPR certification.
- Health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable).
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Setting: Home hospice care.
- Hourly Pay: $47; If 50 miles, you qualify for travel stipends.
- OT rate: $67.50
