Role Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a Pre-K caseload across local campuses in Denton County. This is an in-person role with para support available in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers and families to support student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations throughout the school year
- Up to 15 Pre-K students
- Para support provided
- No direct group or 1:1 support from BTs or nurses
- Types of testing: TBD
