What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Speech Language Pathologist position at Amergis Healthcare Staffing?
The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.

Minimum Requirements
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Pay: $70/hr
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Remainder of 25/26 school year with possible extension into 26/27 school year
- Afternoon 4pm-6pm, 10-20 hours weekly. Face to face hours 10-15 hours weekly. Additional IEP planning time of 1 hour daily. Virtual IEP meetings acceptable but all assessments must be in person.
- Must be fully licensed in MD
