The Language Project is Hiring Spanish-Speaking Substitute Teachers!
Join our team and teach Spanish to K–8 students at private schools throughout the Baltimore Metropolitan Area!
This is a flexible substitute position with the opportunity to pick up additional hours throughout the year. Strong substitute teachers may also be considered for regular, ongoing teaching positions as they become available.

What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Spanish
- Conversational English or higher
- Availability on select weekdays between 8:00 am–3:00 pm
- Enjoy working with K–8 students
- Reliable, positive, and eager to learn
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Teaching or youth experience is a plus!
