This role involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and consistent, high-quality documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs.
- Provide direct treatment and consultative services.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
- Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and related service providers.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on student progress.
- Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- One (1) year of prior OT experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification, if applicable.
- TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable.
- Current health certificate (as required by contract or state regulations).
- Must meet federal, state, and local compliance requirements.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Pay Rate: $70 per hour
- Travel Weekly Pay: $3,029 per week (including stipends), if applicable
- Not exclusive to Amergis
- Not MSP/VMS managed
- No VMS fee
