Key Details
- Hours: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Location: Palm Harbor, FL (Middle School)
- Pay: $40/hr (W-2 with weekly pay)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract Length: Remainder of current school year, with extension options depending on performance
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Active Florida Teaching License OR Florida SOE (Statement of Eligibility)
- Mathematics Certification (Grades 5–9 or 6–12) or SOE in Math
- At least 1 year of recent teaching experience
- Ability to implement instructional plans and manage a classroom effectively
- Strong communication skills with students, staff, and parents
- Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts and present content clearly
- Willingness to take responsibility for student safety, learning, and classroom outcomes
- CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as required)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
