Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Administrative Scheduler to provide service and support to behavioral health patients. This position is responsible for managing and organizing appointments and answering phones call from clients. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a structured schedule. This position acts as a bridge between individuals served and team members, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of appointments while accommodating various needs and preferences.

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (as applicable)
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
- Have two (2) years of responsible full time clerical experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to make general decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
- Knowledge of modern office equipment, practices, and procedures
- Knowledge of modern record keeping management and operations.
- Knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Ability to follow complex oral and written instructions
- Computer literacy and competency with Microsoft Office Professional package including demonstrated proficiency in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Must possess a knowledge and understanding of co-occurring disorders (mental health & substance abuse).
