Key Responsibilities:Provide direct behavioral support to students in classroom settings.Assist teachers with implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.Monitor and document student progress and behavior.Support daily classroom operations and maintain a structured environment.Collaborate with school staff and participate in team meetings.Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.Any and all duties associated with each students individual needs including but not limited to feeding, toileting, changing, behavioral management techniques and de-escalation.Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent.Paraprofessional Certification via ISBECurrent Health Certificate (if applicable).Current TB skin test or chest X-ray clearance.Ideal Candidate Attributes:Punctual and reliable with consistent attendance.Engaged and present in daily classroom operations.Passionate about working with children and supporting their development.Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with staff.Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of diverse learners.
