Local Contract Estimate: $58-62 / hour
Travel Contract Estimate: $2,100 - $2,387 / week
(Weekly Travel Rate Available for Out of State Applicants)
Role Details: The Social Worker collaborates with the multidisciplinary team and provides input in the development of the IHP/IEP for students requiring social work intervention and support in the school setting.
Shift: Mon-Fri 8:00am-3:30pm
Case Load: 5,000 Face-to-Face minutes per month
crisis management // IEP collaboration // sensitive students
1 Elementary and 1 MS/HS role
Will need to interview with client. (virtual or in person is okay)

Minimum Requirements:
Holds a Professional Educator License with School Social Worker (SSW) endorsement as required by state, contract and/or facility
May be required to have MSW or LCSW per state, contract or facility
Current CPR if applicable
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
