Behavior Technician – Full-Time School-Based Contract Location: Near Golden, CO Pay: $30-32/hour (local) Schedule: 37.5 student contact hours/week Contract Length: Remainder of the 2025–2026 School Year Employment Type: W2 with full benefits Support Students. In this full-time role, you’ll work directly with students with special needs, supporting their behavioral and educational development in a structured and supportive environment. Primary Responsibilities Deliver mental health and behavioral support services to students with disabilities Assist in special education evaluations and implementation of behavior plans Support student de-escalation and crisis response Collaborate with school professionals and behavioral specialists to meet student goals Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (required) Current or previous Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required) At least two (2) years of pediatric experience (preferred) CPR certification (if applicable) TB test or chest X-ray (if applicable) Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements Must be at least 18 years old Why Choose Amergis?
