Position Details:
• Role: Procurement Analyst (Only For Atlanta, GA)
• Client: Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT)
• Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 1-2 days onsite when required)
• Duration: 12 Months
• Max Rate: $30/hr
Under general supervision, operates computer and peripheral equipment. Performs clerical and maintenance tasks in support of a mainframe computer complex or other large centralized IT system.
Program/project management for contract administration within GDOT's procurement department. Essentially, taking over the project(s) for all of the departments contract administration in conjunction with 1-2 other staff members. Processing routine tasks and reviewing any changes or upcoming contract end dates. Procurement experience is highly desired. Proven work experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn systems.
Ideal Candidate Background:
• 2–5 years of procurement, contract administration, operations support, or project coordination experience
• Experience supporting procurement teams or contract lifecycle management
• Government/state agency experience is a strong plus
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
