Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Program/Project Management professional to support contract administration and procurement operations for a large public sector organization. This hybrid role involves managing contract-related activities, tracking renewals and modifications, supporting procurement processes, and ensuring accurate administrative coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, procurement experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities :
• Manage and support contract administration projects across multiple departments
• Review contract modifications, renewals, and upcoming expiration dates
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate contract documentation and records
• Perform administrative, clerical, and system support tasks related to procurement operations
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools and internal systems to track and report project activities
Requirements :
• Experience in program/project management or contract administration
• Procurement or purchasing experience is highly preferred
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and applications
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with onsite availability 1–2 days per week as needed
