Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Active, unrestricted state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1–2 years of behavioral health experience (correctional or acute care preferred)
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, crisis intervention, and therapeutic techniques
