Handyman / Final Finish Technician
Location – Malakoff, TX
Pay: Up to $18/hr
Schedule: Mon–Fri 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Sat 6:00 AM–11:00 AM-(Must)
Our client is looking for an experienced Handyman to complete final repairs and touch‑ups on modular homes once they’re delivered to customers. If you’re skilled, dependable, and enjoy hands‑on work with a customer‑facing element, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team.
What You’ll Do
- Travel to customer sites to complete final repairs
- Perform carpentry, minor plumbing/electrical, caulking, patching, painting, and fixture adjustments
- Fix trim, flooring, siding, doors, windows, and interior finishes
- Ensure each home is 100% ready for customer turnover
What You Need
- At least 2 years of handyman or residential repair experience
- Strong skills with hand and power tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 50–75 lbs
