Job Description:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5–7 years’ experience as a Business or Data Analyst in banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial products such as Derivatives, SFT/Repo, Cash/Bonds, Loans, Deposits, GL, and Regulatory Reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with database design, data modeling, and data warehousing (Snowflake a plus).
- Skilled in statistical analysis using tools such as Excel, SPSS, or SAS.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
