Schedule:
- 7AM-6PM (Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri Lunch: 12-1pm)
Minimum Job Requirements for Nurse Practitioner:
- Active license & current board certification required
- Primary Care, Acute Care
- DEA License
- DOT Certification
- Must be comfortable seeing ages 2
- Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per State regulation.
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
- Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit, preferred
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $85.00 - $90.00 per hour
