We are looking for a part-time professional an)d experienced cleaning dynamo to join our team in the Seattle area! As a residential cleaner, you and your assistant will begin part-time and work up to cleaning 4-6 units in multiple luxury apartment buildings daily. Our unique approach reduces travel time and maximizes your income potential.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned units, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and meet client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any concerns or special requests.
Requirements:
- English fluency
- 3 years professional experience cleaning.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
- Have your own cleaning supplies including a vacuum cleaner.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Schedule:
- Part-time, day shift, no weekends.
Compensation:
- Average $50-60 per clean.
- $40 base, plus upgrades and gratuity.
