Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Work Schedule

• Night Shift: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents and guests. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Room Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and beverages.
• Ensure all room furniture, fixtures, and appliances are in good condition and report any damages or maintenance needs.

Public Areas & Common Spaces

• Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and other public areas.
• Ensure restrooms and shared spaces are stocked with necessary supplies.

Laundry & Linen Management

• Collect, sort, and distribute linens and towels for washing.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of linens and housekeeping supplies.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Report lost and found items to the appropriate department.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding resident privacy and security.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.
