A.M.E. Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Compliance Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is essential to ensuring our construction projects meet all compliance standards while supporting smooth operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process insurance requests from general contractors/customers and to subcontractors
· Track and submit certified payroll reports, ensuring full DOL compliance
· Monitor subcontractor compliance for each project:
o Executed agreements
o Insurance documentation
o CCIP enrollment
o Certified payroll reports
o License expirations
o OSHA documentation
· Report monthly labor hours into CCIP/OCIP portals
· Assist in preparing monthly workforce reports for active projects
· Complete vendor-required customer forms
· Collaborate with Accounts Payable to confirm vendor compliance before payment release

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to take initiative and ownership of responsibilities
· Excellent communication and follow-up skills
· Prior experience in construction compliance or administration is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
