What will your job look like?
You will
- Own the full technical mission — from customer discovery and problem framing through production deployment
- Design, code, and deploy production‑grade GenAI agents and MVPs in short execution cycles.
- Work hands‑on with LLMs, agentic workflows, orchestration layers, and enterprise data systems
- Integrate GenAI solutions into large‑scale, real‑world enterprise platforms and workflows
- Act as the bridge between field deployments and core R&D, driving reuse and productization of successful patterns
- Collaborate as part of a global Forward Deployed Engineering team operating across Israel, India, and the United States
- 7 years of hands‑on software engineering experience
- Strong active coding skills in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js)
- Hands‑on experience with GenAI / LLM‑based systems and complex system integration
- Proven ability to deliver working production systems under tight timelines
- Comfort operating with high autonomy, ambiguity, and evolving requirements
- Ability to work directly with customers and translate business problems into technical solutions
- Non‑linear background spanning R&D, architecture, delivery, or customer‑facing roles -an advantage
- Be a founding member of Amdocs’ strategic GenAI initiative
- Operate with startup‑level ownership and speed, backed by Amdocs’ global scale
- Focus on building and deploying.
- Work with a small, senior, highly technical global team
