Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of project managers to ensure consistent execution standards and professional growth
- Set clear expectations for ownership, communication, risk management, and delivery discipline
- Provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and support to help project managers navigate complex delivery and customer situations
- Foster a high performance, accountable, and collaborative team culture
- Oversee execution across multiple projects to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and quality expectations
- Identify delivery risks, issues, and dependencies early and drive mitigation actions with project teams
- Ensure projects are executed in alignment with established delivery and governance models
- Escalate risks and decision points timely and appropriately with clear context and recommended actions
- Act as a key customer facing leader and escalation point for project and delivery topics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive level customer stakeholders
- Lead customer discussions related to delivery status, risks, trade offs, and resolution plans
- Represent the team with confidence, credibility, and clarity in executive forums
- Partner closely with program leadership, delivery, product, and other cross functional teams
- Ensure alignment between delivery teams and broader program objectives
- Drive clarity around ownership, dependencies, and next steps across organizations
- Reinforce consistent project management practices across the team
- Identify recurring execution challenges and recommend process or operational improvements
- Support adoption of tools, dashboards, and reporting standards that improve visibility and predictability
- Experience leading or mentoring project managers in complex delivery environments
- Strong customer facing experience, including engagement with executive level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage delivery risk, ambiguity, and competing priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate issues, options, and recommendations
