What will your job look like?
- Lead and grow the services business across North America, including Telco and Financial Services sectors.
- Pre sales and sales for strategic accounts such as T-Mobile and AT&T, ensuring client satisfaction and business expansion.
- Drive business development and sales for sophisticated testing, automation, and AI-driven services.
- Present solutions to clients, understand their needs, and articulate the value Amdocs brings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate deal closures and deliver innovative solutions.
- Maintain strong client-facing presence, including monthly travel within the U.S.
- Foster a culture of innovation, growth, and operational excellence across multicultural teams.
- 10 years of experience in IT, including project implementation, team management, and strategic sales.
- Proven success in managing large-scale bookings ($170–200M) and leading high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of testing services, automation, AI, agentic AI and service delivery.
- Experience in Telco and Financial Services industries.
- Strong client engagement and presentation skills, especially with C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to lead transformation initiatives and drive measurable business outcomes.
