What will your job look like?
- You will maintain PM governance standards, including documentation, dashboards, and compliance tracking.
- You will manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- You will prepare executive-level progress reports for leadership.
- You will coach teams on Kanban principles and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
- You will manage Azure DevOps Boards for Kanban workflows and reporting.
- You will collaborate with architect and technical leads to ensure alignment with migration milestones and accurate reporting.
- You will act as a liaison between technical teams, leadership and business stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5 years in PM or Technical Project Management roles within Data Engineering or Data Analytics projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban) and experience as Scrum Master or Kanban Coach.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud, Databricks, and Data Warehouse concepts.
- General understanding of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Azure Boards.
- Excellent communication and executive reporting skills.
- Exposure to Medallion architecture, Delta Lake, Power BI dashboards and data lineage.
- Knowledge of data streaming technologies (Event Hubs) principles.
- SAFe or other Agile certifications (CSM, KMP, PMI-ACP).
- Strong analytical and dashboarding skills (Power BI preferred).
- You will be part of a high-impact migration project transforming Data Warehouse ecosystem, influencing governance and Agile practices, and working with cutting-edge cloud technologies.
