What will your job look like?
- We are looking for an experienced IT Support Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex technical environments and supplying excellent customer service.
Manage a big team across different locations (US, Canda & Cala) of IT professionals who provide on-site technical support for employees.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the integrity, security, and availability of our IT services.
Manage the deployment, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and software end-user computing workstations.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of services and solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including data privacy and security regulations.
Develop and manage the IT regional budget, forecasting and tracking expenses to ensure that spending is within budgetary limits.
Ensure that IT support tickets are resolved in a prompt and effective manner, providing excellent customer service to end-users.
Lead and manage projects and activities to improve employee service level by implementing new technologies and services as well as improving and simplifying processes and workflows.
All you need is...
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
10 years of experience in IT operations management.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and security
Experience managing vendor relationships and service-level agreements.
Experience supporting IT support in a global organization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong project management skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, SOX, and ISO 27000 is a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory, NetSuite, and relevant certifications, such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP, is a plus.
