SHIFT: 3:30PM - 12:00AM, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities & Authorities
- Perform mold installation, set-up, and removal.
- Maintain mold related hardware.
- Fabricate chutes and guards to prevent cap loss and runner loss.
- Must keep accurate paperwork.
- Must perform any other assigned duties.
- Accepts responsibility to comply with all safety, quality, customer, ISO, SQF and any other regulatory requirements.
- And has the authority to report concerns that could impact these requirements or suggest areas for improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Must have excellent attendance and a good work record.
- Must be familiar with mold preventative maintenance inspections.
- Must have good housekeeping skills.
- Must score a 62% or higher on the Mechanical Comprehension Test.
- Must have good knowledge of mold components.
- Must have own tools and be available to work overtime.
- Must be tow motor certified.
- Must have creative problem solving ability.
- Must be able to work independently with some supervision.
- Capable of physical mobility including walking, sitting, climbing, bending, twisting, standing, pushing, pulling and lifting/moving (up to 50 pounds periodically).
- Able to work in a production environment, around moving mechanical parts, recognizing various sounds and alarms.
- Must be able to perform all duties in a safe and effective manner.
