Summer 2026 Internship
Role overview:
Support cross-functional teams while leading process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and standardization across a global organization.
Compensation:
$17-$19/hour based on year in school
WhatYou'llDo:
Supporting ME crisis analysis and supplier allocations
P20 pilot roll-out
Indirect campaign activities
Learn and gain exposure to global packaging manufacturing industry
Participate as a multidisciplinary member of various cross functional teams
Take leadership over at least one critical project
Assess andidentifyimprovement opportunities in an analytical way
Assistwith the standardization of key process related to procurement
Work with other functional teams such as IT and operations.
Willinterface withexternal customers and suppliers to collect data and implement standardization.
Challenge the status quo to improve and / or design new processes
Analyze and size both quantitative and qualitative impact of proposed improvement
Facilitate the integration with existing Amcor technology platforms and any new designed analytical tools
What We Require:
Actively enrolled in Sophomore year or higher in aBachelorsProgram in a business field of study such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or Project Management.
Previousinternship experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and interest in process improvement
Must be detail oriented andpossessexcellent follow up skills
Working knowledge of computer application software (training will be provided if needed)
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in teams
High attention to detail
Proficiencyin modern desktop office software applications. Exposure to SAP andPowerBIis a plus.
