**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Amcomm Comcast Supervisor for the Indy/Fort Wayne area to oversee a team of communication technicians. The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all installations and repairs are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a telecommunications or related field
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of telecommunication systems and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

**Responsibilities:**

• Supervise a team of communication technicians in the Indy/Fort Wayne area
• Ensure all installations and repairs are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Provide training and guidance to team members
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction
• Handle escalated customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and inventory

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Willingness to travel within the designated area
• Certification in relevant technical areas is a plus
