Amcomm Aerial Lineman

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Aerial Lineman to join our team at Amcomm. The Aerial Lineman will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining overhead telecommunication lines. This role involves working outdoors at various heights and using specialized equipment to ensure the network infrastructure is operating efficiently.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Previous experience as an Aerial Lineman or related field
- Knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

**Responsibilities:**
- Install, maintain, and repair overhead telecommunication lines
- Climb poles or use bucket trucks to access lines at various heights
- Use specialized equipment such as cable reels, tensioners, and pulling devices
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and company standards
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Provide support during emergency repairs and outages as needed

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Certification in telecommunications or related field
- Experience with fiber optic installations
- OSHA certification for working at heights
