What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at AMCO Enterprises, Inc.?
- Hours 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Answering Phones
- Contact & Follow-up with Clients/Vendors
- Copying / Scanning - Engineer copier
- Filing, Distribution of Faxes / Mail, etc.
- Prepare Operations & Maintenance Manuals
- Prepare Manpower reports
- Prepare /Schedules Deliveries
- Prepare/Type Bid Forms
- Schedule Conference Calls
- Assist Project Managers & Office staff as needed
- Must be well organized and be able to work independently
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel & Adobe
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
