Looking for experienced part time groomers in the McKees rocks area ! Job is part time and commission based but with the opportunity / possibility for more in the future! We are a newly opened groom shop this year that is connected with the veterinary clinic know as the Animal Medical Center of Kennedy Township .
Looking for someone who can/is :
- Ability to lift and maneuver dogs of all shapes and sizes
- Skilled with grooming tools, such as nail clippers, ear cleaners and different brushes
- Detail oriented
- Ability to communicate with owners
- Artistic ability and familiarity with different dog breeds
- Understanding of the characteristics and grooming needs of different coat types (e.g., short, long, curly)
