Our portfolio includes targeted streaming services AMC , Acorn TV, Shudder, Sundance Now, ALLBLK and HIDIVE; cable networks AMC, BBC AMERICA, Independent Film Company, Sundance TV and We TV; and film distribution labels Independent Film Company and RLJE Films. The company also operates AMC Studios, our in-house studio, production, and distribution operation behind acclaimed and fan-favorite originals including The Walking Dead Universe and the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, and AMC Networks International, our international programming business.

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. This role is based in our Bethpage, NY location.
Job Responsibilities
- Employee Relations & HR Support
- Serve as the primary HR lead for Bethpage, NY site, partnering with HR Director and COEs to address employee relations matters, resolve HR issues, and provide day-to-day support for employees and managers at that location.
- Provide responsive, practical HR support to employees and managers across the site, building strong relationships and ensuring consistent local execution of HR processes.
- Support policy interpretation, compliance documentation, and investigation or corrective action processes as needed.
- Employee Lifecycle Administration
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions, including promotions, transfers, leaves, and separations, with accurate processing, documentation, and communication.
- Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Coordinate onboarding and employee transactions for the site and ensure timely, accurate support throughout the employee experience.
- Help deliver a positive and well-coordinated employee experience at the site through strong follow-through, visibility, and partnership.
- Reporting, Data & HRIS Management
- Prepare accurate reporting inputs and support data integrity across HR processes.
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate reports as needed.
- HR Communications & Coordination
- Coordinate site-related HR communications, including employee announcements and engagement messaging, with accuracy and timeliness.
- Compliance & Policy Execution
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and confidentiality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of HR experience in a generalist, coordinator, or specialist role.
- Familiarity with HR processes (onboarding, benefits, payroll, employee relations).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
- Prior experience with client group ownership
- Experience or exposure to HR analytics is a plus

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
