Shifts available (full-time or part-time): 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct routine rounds and monitor clients’ safety and well-being throughout the day and night.
- Assist with vital signs and document health observations with care and accuracy.
- Respond calmly to medical or behavioral emergencies while preserving the dignity of those involved.
- Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and documentation.
- Provide trauma-informed, compassionate support to clients.
- Partner closely with nursing, clinical, and residential staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry to help maintain a clean, healing environment.

- Able to pass a Level 2 background check and drug screen: HB531 | Florida Agency for Health Care Administration
- Clean driving record
- CPR/BLS certification
- HS diploma or GED, required
- Bachelor's in psychology or social work, preferred
