Experienced Carpenter – Custom Homes

Responsibilities
- Perform all phases of residential construction, including framing, exterior trim, siding, and interior finish work
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Produce high-quality workmanship with attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with team members and project leadership
Qualifications
- Experience in residential carpentry preferred
- Knowledge of framing, trim, siding, and finish carpentry
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality
