What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at Amborella Law?
Who We Are
Amborella Law is redefining subrogation and complex litigation. As a fast-growing, high-impact firm of legal, forensic, and paralegal professionals, we collaborate with our affiliate, SubroSmart—a global leader in subrogation management—to deliver cutting-edge legal expertise and maximize third-party recoveries for major insurance carriers handling complex, high-value loss claims.
Unlike traditional law firms, we remove the barriers that hold attorneys back—no billable hour quotas, no client marketing, and no outdated firm politics. Our attorney’s step into a fully operational, high-volume practice from day one, focusing solely on litigation and results.
With deep-rooted relationships in the insurance industry and a built-in stream of high-value clients, Amborella Law has earned a trusted reputation in subrogation litigation.
What You’ll Do
At Amborella Law, attorneys don’t just practice law—they own their cases and play a pivotal role in shaping outcomes. Our firm provides a dynamic environment where attorneys develop expertise, build strong professional relationships, and make a lasting impact in an evolving industry.
This role is ideal for problem solvers who thrive in complex, fast-paced litigation and are eager to develop expertise in subrogation law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Case Exposure: Gain insight into the entire case management process while focusing on the legal strategy, evaluation, and litigation of subrogation claims.
- Collaboration with Forensic Experts: Work closely with our in-house forensic team to investigate losses, determine liability, and assess recovery potential.
- Litigation & Negotiation: Issue and respond to discovery, take depositions, file motions, negotiate settlements, and pursue litigation when necessary.
- Client & Counsel Interaction: Engage with co-counsel, opposing counsel, forensic experts, and clients, ensuring strong advocacy and case strategy.
- Diverse Casework: Handle complex, large-scale national insurance claims, from major disasters like wildfires to smaller but intricate property damage cases.
This is not the right job for someone who wants to do the same thing every day. It’s for attorneys who thrive in a collaborative and results-driven environment.
