Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Consultant located in Waco, TX. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for managing leases, ensuring resident retention, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include lease administration, communicating with residents and potential tenants, and handling inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
• Strong communication and people skills with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using property management software, email, and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and closing abilities.
