Position Summary

We are seeking a Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Consultant to join our team. As the first point of contact for prospective residents, you will play a key role in creating exceptional first impressions and shaping a welcoming community environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents with warmth and professionalism
• Conduct engaging property tours
• Manage the full leasing process, from inquiry to signed lease
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
• Complete leasing paperwork and application screening accurately
• Support new resident move-ins
• Assist with renewals and resident retention
• Ensure office, model, and shared spaces are always tour-ready
• Participate in marketing and outreach to drive traffic
• Work closely with the Community Manager and maintenance team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish (required)
• 6 months of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or Remote Landlord (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk the property and tour units regularly
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• May require bending, stair climbing, and standing for extended periods
