Company Overview
Ambleside is currently looking for dependable, experienced and compassionate individuals to be a Group Home Leader in one of our homes. We serve individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Our Group Home Leads are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their home while providing care and support for the IDD members we serve.
This position works in tandem with a second Group Home Leader. This schedule guarantees 40 hours per week on week 1 and 48 hours per week on week 2. The set schedule will be agreed to upon the time of hire, and can only be modified with written agreement between your assigned Regional Operations Coordinator and the other Group0 Home Leader. Position warrants flexing hours to effectively monitor other shift/ house functions. This position also covers all holes in the home, so some 1st, 3rd shifts may be required.
Must Have:
Experience with the IDD population/ in Mental Health
Management Experience
High School Diploma
Valid Driver’s License
Willingness to learn
Strong Work Ethic
