ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for a 14-week contract at a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility in Hilltop, WV. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing therapy services to patients in a post-acute environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license — West Virginia required
- Valid state or federal issued photo ID (must be worn at all times on-site)
- BLS certification preferred
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in post-acute, SNF, or rehabilitation settings preferred
- Ability to work Day Shift, 08:00–16:30, up to 7 days per week per schedule
CONTRACT DETAILS
- 14-week engagement with 35-hour weekly guarantee
- Day shift: 08:00–16:30 with 30-minute unpaid meal break
- Estimated pay: $45.00 – $52.50 per hour (W2)
- Photo ID required on-site at all times
- Fully on-site — no remote work
