Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support mobility and safe patient transfers
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Provide feeding and hydration assistance as needed
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Ensure resident safety and comfort at all times
Follow established care plans under nursing direction
Maintain infection control and hygiene standards
Communicate effectively with nursing staff and care teams
Support overall resident well-being and dignity

Job Requirements

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (state of West Virginia or compact/eligible where applicable)
Completion of approved CNA training program
Previous long-term care experience preferred
