- QualificationsStrong foundation in Finance, with experience leading financial operations in a hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and budgeting, including forecasting, cash flow management, and long-range financial modeling.
- Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing Financial Statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Expertise in Financial Reporting, including management reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting complex data, assessing business performance, and supporting strategic decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
- Experience with ERP and financial software, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with cost accounting in hospitality settings.
- Ability to work on-site in Sedona, AZ, collaborate effectively across teams, and communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
