Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting mechanical and HVAC projects, ensuring quality and efficiency in project execution. Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical takeoffs to support project planning and cost estimation.
- Prepare Test and Balance (TAB) estimates for HVAC systems.
- Build and submit accurate Test and Balance reports to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Utilize Bluebeam and Microsoft Office for project documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required.
- Some experience in mechanical takeoffs, Test and Balance estimating, or related engineering tasks is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is a plus but not required.
