Description
Under the general supervision of the Service Administrative Supervisor, the CSR's primary function is to service and support Ambient Edge customers. This position requires knowledge of our products, as well as excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills. The CSR is responsible for customer service by engaging, actively listening, understanding and advising customers as to the products necessary to meet their needs.
Additional key functions of the position are as follows:

The CSR is responsible for customer service by engaging, actively listening, understanding and advising customers as to the products necessary to meet their needs.
Additional key functions of the position are as follows:
- Make a great first impression for our customers as you will be the first point of contact
- Answer incoming customer calls, email service requests, and online chat.
- Schedule and enter service requests into our CRM
- Coordinate scheduling with service supervisors and field technicians
- Customer and maintenance agreement records and system maintenance
- General office support
- All other duties as assigned to ensure operational excellence
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
- Customer service experience required
- Experience in Home Services scheduling and customer support strongly preferred
- A proven track record working in a fast paced environment
- Service oriented personality
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Demonstrated energy and enthusiasm
- Pride in being organized and detailed
- Able to communicate effectively in writing
- Able to communicate effectively via phone
- Geographical knowledge of Columbus service area or the ability to read a map
- Lift up to 10lbs occasionally
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Bend, stoop, and carry
- Repeating motion that may include wrists, hands, and fingers
