Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain floors through carpet cleaning, floor care routines, and appropriate sanitation methods
- Ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards by using janitorial and custodial techniques
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and courteously
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices and janitorial procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet extractors
