Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas, ensuring they meet cleanliness standards.
- Conduct detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall floor hygiene.
- Maintain sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas regularly to promote health and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning materials as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles; janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with laundry procedures and equipment operation.
- Experience with carpet cleaning techniques and general housekeeping management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
