Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical care to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of acute care nursing, with experience across diverse medical settings including hospital, outpatient, and long-term care environments. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult and pediatric patients with a variety of medical conditions in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed health histories.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, including IV infusions, injections, and medication management following HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems such as Epic or Cerner for documentation of patient care activities and medical records management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and clinical protocols.
Skills
- 2 years of MedSurg experience needed.
- RN CA State License.
- BLS Certification.
- PALS Certification.
