Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive critical care experience and a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. As an RN in the ICU, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, utilizing advanced clinical skills and evidence-based practices to promote recovery and stability. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, and administer medications with precision, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that address complex medical needs such as trauma, cardiac conditions, infectious diseases, or post-operative recovery.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner for accurate documentation of patient care activities and medical records management.
- Perform advanced procedures such as IV insertion, suturing, catheterization, tube feeding management, and blood draws while maintaining sterile technique.
Requirement:-
- 2 years of ICU experience needed.
- RN License.
- BLS Certification.
- ACLS Certification.
- NIHSS Certification.
