Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive nursing expertise, including experience with diverse patient populations and advanced clinical skills. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care across a variety of medical-surgical and telehealth settings, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes. Your responsibilities will include performing detailed patient assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to inform individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, including IV infusions, injections, and wound suturing, adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner for documentation of patient care activities and medical records management.
- Monitor patients' physiological status using advanced equipment such as ventilators and cardiac monitors; respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists in areas such as cardiology, ophthalmology, infectious disease care, or trauma medicine to coordinate treatment plans.
Requirements:-
- 2 years MedSurg Tele experience.
- RN MA state License.
- BLS Certification.
- Meditech experience required.
