💰 Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 per year
Responsibilities
✔ Verify, prepare, and dispense medications accurately and safely
✔ Monitor and optimize patient medication therapy
✔ Prepare IV medications and sterile admixtures
✔ Provide drug information and clinical support to physicians and nursing staff
✔ Supervise Pharmacy Technicians and support daily pharmacy operations
✔ Participate in medication safety, formulary management, and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
✅ Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
✅ BS Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred
✅ Active New Mexico Pharmacist License
✅ 1–2 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred (strong new graduates with clinical rotations are encouraged to apply)
✅ Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills
